About Julian

I serve my clients to help them get what they want.

Whether your next real estate transaction is focused on the way you want to live, netting the highest return, or both, I want to help you. I have over a decade of experience working with people to either locate property or position their property to get the highest possible net return. 

I moved from Atlanta to South Florida with my wife in 2019, because we believe this is a special place in the world to live. Since that time, we have welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world and have resided in Coral Gables. My professional background is in the world of design and I hold a B.Arch from Southern Polytechnic University. While my primary focus is now in real estate, I am also a licensed architect, founding and operating my design practice 2016, with a focus on residential architecture. Whether utilizing design expertise in preparing a property to be marketed, or having insight into the latent potential a property may have, I draw upon my experience to serve my clients.
