Helping people reach their personal and financial goals has been a lifelong pursuit of Sandy Zarraga, which is why she is such a valued and trusted real estate professional for those she serves.

Throughout her 11 years in real estate sales, she has been involved with numerous new developments from both the sales and marketing sides, and she has also worked as a licensed mortgage broker, and in credit repair.

“I truly enjoy assisting others in finding solutions to meeting their goals. Being a part of a family finding their dream home is a particularly rewarding side of what I do.” A long-time resident of Miami, Sandy came to South Florida from Venezuela more than 20 years ago.

She also briefly lived in New York City before returning to make Miami her permanent home. In the greater metro area, Sandy specializes in introducing others to some of her favorite residential neighborhoods, including Edgewater, Doral, Brickell, Aventura, Downtown Miami, and Midtown.

However, her knowledge of local real estate ranges from Homestead all the way through West Palm Beach. When she’s not working to find the exact right home for a family looking to move to South Florida, Sandy greatly enjoys spending time with her family. She has 2 kids, Together, they spend a lot of time visiting the beach, parks, and other nature sites, as well as attending church every weekend.

Sandy is also actively involved in her community, and has been volunteering in summer camps for kids with special needs.

She believes deeply in the importance of family and raising awareness for children and people with disabilities. Sandy is fluent in written and spoken

English and Spanish and is also fluent in spoken Portuguese.
