I specialized in helping families sell their probate homes,  help others stop forecloure if possible, and help couples thinking about divorce the best way to handle their home. 
Additionally, I have an  'Affordable Housing Program' for those families that have been turned down by lenders due to a foreclosure, credit or bankrupcy.

Due to multiple family job transfers, I have had the opportunity to live in several states and worked as a successful  Realtor/Broker in Texas, Maryland, Florida and now Oklahoma. These job transfers have helped me aquire a national perspective, which has helped families transition during their relocation.

Yvonne’s marketing skills have helped sellers get top dollar for their home. Her unique marketing programs- ‘24hrlisting,’ ‘smart seller,’ ‘premier open house.’ ‘trade-up program.’ ‘premier showing,’ ‘price bracketing.’ ‘reverse offer system,’ 'sell in two weeks,' 'payoff your mortgage in half the time,' and weekly communications and monthly marketing systems-- all have delighted sellers. Clients are given three (3) options when they are ready to sell their home.  When these same sellers turn into buyer clients, they are shown how to payoff their mortgage in record time after closing on their new home.

Real estate is my passion and with my ‘hands-on’ experience I can quickly spot a ‘good or bad deal,’ can visualize the potential in any home, and see potential structural or repair issues with properties. I am a big believer in buying real estate not only as an investment- but as a retirement plan and a hedge against inflation. I keep up with market trends and encourage clients to look at multifamily and apartment buildings as a long term investment if they are financially able.
