About Vivians

Born and raised here, we are very knowledgeable in the area both professionally and personally. We are a family team with diverse skills in real estate. My husband, Tom, who has experience in building, commercial real estate, and development, is an invaluable source of advice for inspections, cost estimates, and repairs. I have a background in education and real estate law, which helps me bring a unique understanding of my client’s rights and protection of their interests.  My niece, Vivian “Rashelle” obtained her Real Estate license after working in Luxury Retail on Atlantic Ave, and together we have partnered to assist sellers with negative experiences in the market or selling on their own.

I am a Certified Mentor at Exp Realty and also a Certified Express Offers agent which gives me access to a number of institutional buyers who are interested in purchasing homes in a particular local market. This gives sellers another option to sell their homes quickly without the hassle of showings, staging, and uncertainty. 

I also am a Member of the Luxury Homes and Marketing Institute and currently working to earn my CLHMS designation this year.
